Auction Rules:

2000 BID FOR BACHELORS RULES & REALITIES

1. All sales are absolutely final. NO REFUNDS! Payment must be made immediately following purchase of date package. A bid is a legal contract. There will be no cancellation of sales.
2. Females bidding on packages with bachelors must be legally single and at least 21 years of age.
3. In event of any dispute amongst the bidders, the auctioneer, at his/her discretion, reserves the right to determine the successful bidder.
4. The time and the place of the date must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
5. We recommend that you consult your tax expert regarding the deductibility of your bid. You may be entitled to deduct only the amount of your bid that exceeds the actual value of the date package as a charitable contribution.
6. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard. We are unable to honor Discover or American Express cards.

2000 Version

Purchase of the admission ticket to this event allows the Holder to participate in the Raleigh Jaycees Bid for Bachelors 2000 on August 26, 2000. Acceptance of this ticket constitutes an agreement between Holder and Raleigh Jaycees, Inc. that Raleigh Jaycees, Inc. shall not be responsible for any bodily damage, injury, or property damage resulting in any manner from attendance by Holder at the Bid for Bachelors 2000 or participation by Holder in any activities related to or arising from Bid for Bachelors 2000. RALEIGH JAYCEES, INC., MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO BID FOR BACHELORS 2000, ANY PARTICIPANTS THEREIN, OR ANY PROGRAMS OR DATE PACKAGES OFFERED PURSUANT THERETO, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
